"I had the best customer service from Ilene!

I had been looking for some Patience Brewster Christmas ornaments for a friend who had been burned out in a recent fire (yes, I live in Southern California). She had lost all of her Christmas ornaments and I wanted to replace some of them. I tried locally at Neiman Marcus, but twice my order was incomplete and then they were sold out! I got online and found Glassworks and Cheeks in Pittsburg.

Ilene had to special order the ornaments I wanted. She was able to fulfilled my order in record time and made sure my ornaments arrived in plenty of time before Christmas.

Ilene is a pleasure to work with. It’s usually a hassle to special order an item from another company, especially since the customer (me!) lives 3,000 miles away and Ilene won’t get a lot of foot traffic from me.

I love her website and hope I can do more business in the future. If you’re lucky to live close to her shop, you know what I mean.

I wanted customized etched glass drinkware as birthday gift, so I called and spoke with Ilene. Thought there might be a problem since I only wanted one set...not at all. I even gave the green light before seeing the actual glass and she nailed it...she understood exactly what I wanted. Ilene and Henry truly understand good service and I highly recommend them.
